Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was exactly as described and quite large, with a good hot shower. The manager was friendly, and communication via WhatsApp was excellent — taxis and tours were easily arranged, and anything I needed was sorted quickly. Breakfast was good. The location is quiet, close to the parks, and near a nice sunset spot. I’d happily stay here again.

Negative: The fridge in my room wasn’t working. There were a few ants, as expected in a cloud forest, and they didn’t really bother me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the leading shops, with a steep uphill on the way back.

Summary: Comfortable stay with great service and a quiet location — I’d definitely stay again.
