Our place is not a common place, is NOT FANCY. IS NOT A PLACE CLOSE TO THE COMMERCIAL ZONE. OUR PLACE is more for relaxing because you have a secluded beach just for you and a few locals. SECLUDED BEACH AND PLACE where you can make many activities like make a BBQ, sleep in hammocks, enjoy the stunning sunsets, take walks on the beach, surf, fishing make a bonfire and many other beach activities but in a secluded place. You will have more privacy than other beaches in the area. The cabin is on a second floor and downstairs you can make a BBQ or take a rest in a hammocks or enjoy of our POOL. Is surrounded by fruit and mangrove trees where you can see many kind of birds and animals typical of the zone.
WE ARE BETWEEN A BEACH AND A ESTUARY so you will see animals everywhere. EVEN BUGS. SO COME PREPARED WITH LOTS OF SUNBLOCK AND BUG SPRAY.
We know is a lot of information but We just want to make sure that you read adequately all the description and book our place knowing everything about it just to be sure you don´t get dissapoiment with our place or LOCATION

Things that you MUST KNOW BEFORE CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION
OUR PLACE IS NOT JUST A PLACE TO STAY. The adventure begins at Montecillos / El Cocal (The place where we have to cross over 200 mt of a little river on a ferry boat which costs only c150 (about $ 0.30) per person.
Montecillos / or more common knows as the place where we take the ferry boat to El Cocal is less than 1 km from Quepos downtown.
Once at the other side (at El Cocal) There will be a Land Rover waiting for us to enjoy the Landy EXPERIENCE. In this part we will drive 2 miles on a beach road to get to the cabin.
(In this part we can spend from 10 to 20 min because it depends about the tide (if the tide is low we can get faster to the ferry boat)
We use to meet on an Supermarket at the DOWNTOWN or on a easier place to find so we can coordinate our meeting point to guide you to the place where is the parking lot and the ferry boat.
-If you come by car we recommend you to left the car in a parking lot near to the ferry boat (50 mtrs before) and then cross over. The parking lot belongs to a family and it´s really safe. Actually we also leave our car there.
The parking lot IS NOT OURS, so you have to pay $ 6 per night if you want to left your car there OR leave your car at the street as other locals does.
We provide complete privacy but we are here for you if you need to know details of local attractions, activities, beaches or additional assistance for your trip, we Will be happy to help you with anything
to make your trip a great experience!
