A small and comfortable washroom is located between the kitchen and the main door. Arched doorways with classic columns lead from the main living area to three bedrooms. Each room is beautifully decorated, is flooded with natural light, has spacious closets, and its own private full bath. All have king-sized beds. The living area and adjoining dining area features comfortable furniture, a 60 inch HDTV, a home theater system with BluRay player and Netflix, upgraded high speed internet with WiFi, and a printer. The condo has in-suite washer and dryer, and an adjoining bodega for storage of surfboards. The condos at the Diria adjoin the Diria Hotel complex, ideally situated in the center of Tamarindo across the street from the beach, within walking distance to the many fine restaurants that Tamarindo has to offer.
