The main level features 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The second level features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The 1st and 5th Bedrooms are both master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, king-size bed, and walk-in closets. The 2nd and 6th Bedrooms have queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. The 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th have Queen beds and a shared full-size bathroom for two rooms. There are two bedrooms (one on the main level and one on the 2nd level) that have a twin-size trundle bed in addition to the queen bed.
In total, the property is set to a max of 18 people to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own smart & Apple TV, cable, WiFi, AC, custom-made cabinetry, beds, and bedside settings.

The house is stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee, basic spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, as a courtesy for your stay. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is included in the rental, but they have a $5 fee, per person per day for the use of this amenity.
