Welcome to Loon Lake! Our beautiful home sits directly across a gravel road from Loon Lake with a short jot (140 ft) down the gravel road to the lake front parcel (lake access). The lake parcel has a welcoming gazebo to enjoy along with 65ft of sandy lake frontage! Great for swimming, fishing, and floating in the lake. We provide 4 kayaks, lake floats, and lake toys. Our home is 40 minutes NW of Green Bay and a little over an hour away from EAA in Oshkosh.

The space
Our home has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master is in the upper level with a queen size bed, 32" smart TV and a master bathroom with a tile shower. The upper open loft has a full size sofa sleeper, which works well for children and teens. The main level has two bedrooms; one with a queen sized bed and the other with a queen and a double bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level along with the laundry room. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a 70" flat screen smart TV. The main level also has a three seasons room off the dining area. The home offers a large wrap around deck with outdoor seating, gas grill, and lake views.
The lake parcel (lake access), which is 140ft down the gravel road from the house, offers a large gazebo with ample seating and tables. There is a small storage shed that houses the lake floats and lake toys. We also offer 4 kayaks and use of the fire pit. The lake is shallow for a long way out, which is perfect for kids and swimming. The lake parcel is 65ft of lake frontage by 140ft deep. Loon Lake is a 327 acre lake with a maximum depth of 22 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
