This is a beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath stand alone Guest House with private yard (not shared) / entertaining space in the best location with an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
There are expansive vaulted ceilings in living, dining, kitchen and bedroom making the space bright and sunny. Must walk up flight of stairs to access guest house (it's above the garage). You will see great sunset sky views. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants, walking distance to the beach (beach towels/chairs/beach bag provided) with the added benefit of total privacy. Just a few houses away from the tennis courts too (tennis racket provided)!
“Hardwood” tile floors, kitchen with quartz counter tops, white subway tile backsplash, fire clay farm sink, stainless-steel appliances, and work space - built-in office area. Bathroom features marble mosaic flooring, marble sink, wall-mounted toilet, and large shower.

Unique to most of Corona del Mar, the property is completely separate from the main house and because it sits on a RARE double lot it has a nice sized (not shared) yard. It offers exceptional privacy in this otherwise densely populated beach community. The private yard is secured with a tall privacy fence and locked gate.
There is an assigned (on the property) parking spot at entrance to unit (not a garage or carport or covered).
The office/loft has a small chair that turns into a futon/twin bed and the sofa is a sectional (not a sofa sleeper).
Corona del Mar is located within Newport Beach. This home is centrally located in the heart of the CdM village. It is a short 10 minute drive to Laguna Beach, 5 minute drive to Balboa Island and the Peninsula, and 3 minute drive (or 20 minute pleasant walk) to the fabulous luxury outdoor shopping center Fashion Island that features shops, restaurants and movie theaters. It is 1 ½ blocks to Pacific Coast Highway where you will find local shops and restaurants, Starbuck's, and Bruegger's Bagels on your way to the beach. The beach is about 7 blocks away (easy fun walk).
A tree-lined park is just up the block, leading to public tennis and basketball courts. If you enjoy trail-running or hiking, the Buck Gully Nature Reserve is just a few blocks away.
