Lanai has breathtaking views of large palm trees, pool and marina. Quiet building and community. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing getaway. Not a loud, party type atmosphere.
Condo is blocks from Publix grocery store and other shopping such as TJMaxx and more. A short drive to the downtown area of New Port Richey. Lots to do downtown. About a 30 minute drive to Clearwater beach depending on traffic. Close to public beaches and other shopping, such as Dillards outlet. Minutes to Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks. Plenty of local and amazing restaurants. Too many to list.
For the fitness minded - Lots of sidewalks and areas to walk or run. No fitness facility available onsite but plenty in the area to choose from.
