This unique condo offers guests the convenience of beach access that is not open to the public but only for residents of the nearby condos. To add even more convenience to your stay, there is a private dock and private buoys that are rentable for an extra fee in the summer. You and your friends will be within walking distance to swimming, kayaking, and so much more! Less than a half-mile away is Kings Beach, which offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, galleries, and more beaches. Feeling lucky? Head east for one mile and you'll find excellent gaming at the Tahoe Biltmore and Crystal Bay Casino, just over the state line in Nevada. The North Lake Tahoe area also boasts some of the finest ski hills in the country like Diamond Peak (seven and a half miles), Northstar (less than nine miles), Mt.
