Summary: The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were doing renovations so it was impossible to drive to the front of the building and come in the front door. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. My bathroom floor had long dark hair on it which led me to believe the floor may not have been cleaned properly. I found it the night I arrived. I was there to attend a funeral and awoke to hammering on the floor below me. The hotel was nice but it would’ve been great to have a heads up.
