*The Gas Stove should be handled by adults only, and should not be left unattended while lit. (Always make sure the stove is turned off after every use. The Leakage of gas could cause extremely dangerous conditions. - If there is ever a smell of gas please contact 911 and the host asap.)
*There is no leaning, sitting, or standing on the banisters. (We are not liable for any injuries).
*Absolutely No Parties
*No Pets (violating this will require a fee of up to $200 - verified service dogs are welcome, however an official verification card is required before check-in. *please consult with the host for additional info regarding service animals and cleaning fees added for extensive cleaning protocol.)
