(MY HAPPY PLACE) is a wonderful well kept and maintained
1100 square ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom independent one level home, modern and beachy with all the comforts of home.
I have only recently started to rent my home, preferring long-term stays over short term, perfect for those escaping the cold winters or seeking a Costa Rican adventure.
I offer new comfortable pillowtop quality beds, attractive bedding, new furniture and nicely decorated comfortable cheerful spaces for you to enjoy while visiting.
We are in a gated complex, 24/7 security in Esterillos Oeste with a soccer field and Catholic church next door, its a 5 minute walk to our fantastic 7km beach, known for the famous 'La Sirena' the mermaid statue and 'Pareja" the couple lava rock carving.
Casa Lugar Feliz is a completely updated home in a gated community with large community pool open year round and BONUS May until November you have the use of my large Private Salt water Pool with adjoining patio just outside.
We are just down the road from a fantastic beach and the friendly community of Esterillos Oeste. Casa Lugar Feliz is18 minutes by car to Jaco and 15 minutes to Paritta. A bus stops at the corner for those without a vehicle.
The home has all the conveniences needed to make your stay a comfortable one.
Casa Lugar Feliz is a great place to relax, the yard and patio are private with a carport in the front and gated pool next door. The complex is very safe with great neighbors and 24/7 security always.
Just a 5 minute walk to an incredible beach, restaurants, smaller grocery store, church and more.
There are many expats, American, Canadian, European and Costa Rican's that live here. It is an authentic Costa Rican fishing village.
