Summary: One of the best things about Grand Pacific Palisades was the size of the room. It was very spacious, and having two separate bathrooms was especially convenient. I think the layout would be ideal for families or larger groups traveling together. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. First, the facilities felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. We were also surprised to find a welcome message addressed to someone else in our room. It was a small detail, but it made us question how carefully the room had been prepared for our arrival. The biggest issue was the mosquitoes inside our room. We personally killed two mosquitoes, and we were concerned about getting bitten while sleeping. As a result, we felt we had to keep the bedroom door tightly closed throughout the night. Overall, while we really appreciated the spacious accommodations and family-friendly layout, the outdated facilities, lack of attention to detail, and mosquito problem negatively affected our experience. I hope the management will address these issues, as the property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
