A lovely first floor garden style condominium. Enter to a foyer with a bench seat for removing your shoes and then on to the open concept living, dining and kitchen. The galley-style kitchen offers granite counter tops, a dishwasher, microwave and electric stove with a glass top and self-clean oven. The dining area has a generously sized table with seating for eight. Four additional seats are available close-by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains a large, comfy wrap-around couch, a flat screen television with DVD, the ease of a gas fireplace for those chilly nights and a mini-split AC unit for hot days. The spacious back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed, en-suite full private bath, another mini-split AC unit, as well as a separate sliding door to the back deck. Each of the other bedrooms have two sets of traditional bunk beds. In the hall between the primary bedroom and remaining bedrooms you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer and a second full bath with walk-in shower.
Forest Ridge 5-1 is located just down the hill from the Forest Ridge Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and the tennis courts.
