Nearby Tilton has Tanger Outlets- just a 30 minute drive. Enjoy some delicious, old fashioned ice cream and mini golf right next door in Alton Bay (15 min away). From Boston’s Logan airport, it’s a 90 min drive to your lakefront vacation. You can step out the back door and swim/fish off your own private dock. There is a boating dock as well as a floating swim pad for you to enjoy. The neighborhood beach is just 2 lots away from the lake house if you are looking for a sandy beach.
This home has everything you will need for your vacation. Everyone can sit down together at the large family table in the dining room or spread out in the various rooms & hang out. The sun porch is an amazing place to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise on the lake. There is a beautiful back porch/deck with teakwood dining area for your family to relax and enjoy the lake views or cocktails at sunset.
The sleeping spaces are: 1st Bedroom: Queen bed. 2nd bedroom: Queen bed. 3rd Bedroom: 2 twin beds. 4th bedroom 2- sets of bunks and the bottom bunk on both are full size beds. (so that room alone can sleep 6 or more people)
5th room: Futon and space for air mattress if needed. 6th area that could be used for sleeping has a small pull out couch and the living room and enclosed sun porch are roomy enough for an air mattress.
There’s plenty of parking for your guests, a full size washer and dryer, dish washer and fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We’ve got you covered with all the basics plus a crockpot, kitchen aide mixer, blender for your frozen cocktails, food processor, charcoal grill, and a full set up to serve a New England lobster dinner! Take out the canoe or 2 kayaks & do some fishing or just sit and listen to the loons call, and after dark you’ll enjoy s’mores and stargazing around the fire pit. This is the place to make memories!
