This elegant, newly built three-bedroom, two-bath home is just minutes from groceries and restaurants, but is on a beautifully landscaped lot nestled in primary forest. Dominical and the beaches of the SW coast are twenty minutes away, as is the full-service city of San Isidro. Relax in the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean after a day of adventures. Local attractions include Nauyaca waterfall, which is only minutes away.
The house sits one mile from the paved road that connects San Isidro and Dominical. The gravel access road is in excellent condition and easy to drive, as is the driveway, but four-wheel drive is always recommended. The house is accompanied by a small pool and a rancho with a built-in barbecue and sink. The house itself has a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a master bath with separate shower and tub. Two additional bedrooms, one with two full beds, the other with two twins, share another full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen and living room are open, and open out to a large screened-in porch with a beautiful view of the valley and the ocean in the distance. Sunsets are amazing, as are mornings, when the mist rises slowly in the valley as howler monkeys call. It really is an animal- and bird-lover's paradise. The area around the property is immaculately landscaped with flowering plants, including numerous orchids and bromeliads.
There is also a smaller two-bedroom house on on the property. For information on renting both houses, please inquire. When it is not rented, the smaller house is sometimes occupied by the full-time gardener and caretaker, who will be available to help to answer questions. Daily cleaning service is available for an additional fee. The caretaker speaks excellent English and will facilitate your arrival and help with anything you need during your stay..
