The Space:
If you appreciate the vast view of the sea while enjoying the comforts of a well-styled abode, this is the perfect apartment for you! Easy access to the balcony from the living & dining areas as well as from the bedrooms. Have your morning coffee with a full sea view!
High-quality, classic, and luxurious living & dining room furniture represents the skillful combination of colours, shapes and materials.
Spacious living area with big HDTV, 10-seater dining table, unique suspension lights, timeless wallpaper design and touches of gold, browns, polished brass and bronze speaks elegance to each corner.
The fully-functional kitchen has all the equipment you need plus a second dining set that comfortably seats 4. This area is where you’ll enjoy the uninterrupted views of the sea.
All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite with white corner bathtub. French-style beds are both on the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. One has a royal bench matching the headboard and the latter with round, tufted ottoman on the corner. The 4th bedroom is furnished with a velvet footboard and a desk. All with hotel-quality linens, comfy mattresses and soft pillows.
Each ensuite bathrooms (plus 1 powder room) have fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are given to the guests.
Guest Access:
Full access to all the facilities including the gym and pool areas. Parking is available upon request.

Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Nakheel Metro Station, meanwhile, is a 7-minute drive. You can ride a train and go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etct.). This also connects to the tram station, which you can use to get to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Palm Jumeirah, Marina Mall, and others.
