This is a one bedroom (3 bedrooms during the summer)condo on Newfound Lake--lake front with beach and boat launch.
1 bedroom sleeps three.
Main unit rents from --Sat to Sat (we can extend beyond the 7 days). Utilities, to include wifi included. Folks--wifi works well most of the time but occasionally there are clitches.
Main house has 1 baths and washer dryer.
Taxes and cleaning fees are additional.
You must bring own linen and towels. one king and one sofa bed.
THIS IS A MAGICAL PROPERTY: where many guests return year after year - some as many as 25 years (for me--48 years)! Two presidents have spent time here--in this room from which I am typing. This was a former classic inn, dating back more than 200 years. It is not unusual to hear comments such as - It's like something out of Norman Rockwell! It's better than we expected! We thought we would take our kids to Disney this year but they wanted to come back to the lake! Idyllic, beautiful, peaceful, comfortable! Very clean and beautifully maintained! The views are the best on Newfound lake! We wish we could live here!

SKIERS: RAGGED MOUNTAIN 10 MINS//TENNY MOUNTAIN will re-open this fall. It is 5.9 miles away--6 mins. Six minutes to the new Tenny Mountain and 12 minutes to Ragged Mountain ski resorts. Inexpensive family skiing and just a few minutes away.
WATERVILLE 30-40 MINS--ABOUT SAME FOR LOON. Families welcomed.
