2 Bedroom House in Arenal, Nuevo Arenal
One Water, Dos Pinos has a "uno agua" modern design and two large conifers that give the house a lot of character. We just built it. Our home has brand new furniture and appliances (washer/drier, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and Serta Pillow Top mattresses). Our home is unique for its ample windows and for its walkable proximity to town and the lake. Have fun with our paddle board and enjoy the many flowers, birds, howler monkeys, and the gorgeous lake view.
Building completion was in July 2022. We added gardens and trees that support wildlife. There are only 3-4 houses in Nuevo Arenal the combine what our home offers: a 15-min walk to town, 8 min walk to the lake, and an spectacular view.
Our home has a large living room with a very big sectional, pit sofa, and a large and equipped kitchen with new appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and the two bedrooms have air-conditioning.
We have two desks that are perfect for office work. One is in the master bedroom and the other is in the living room. You are welcome to carefully move them to whatever spot you want them.
Storage and laundry are in the back of the house with a separate entrance.
We have security cameras outside in the front and back of the house. Let us know if you want those turned off during your stay. We also have a tall, see-through fence and electric gate for added security.
PLEASE NOTE that we will require that guests let cleaning crew in for reservations that are over a week.
