Positive: My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Alta Vista for the second time, and it exceeded our expectations. Patrick, the owner, has made incredible upgrades since our last visit, which made our experience even more enjoyable for our remote-working vacation. First and foremost, running and maintaining a place in Costa Rica is no easy task, but Patrick does an outstanding job of it and puts a lot of effort into ensuring that everything works flawlessly. We had just left a previous Airbnb that was a nightmare. Everything kept breaking, and like many listings in Costa Rica, it was falsely represented. When we walked into Alta Vista we knew we had made the right decision to move spots. Patrick ensured that everything was in perfect order and that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the things we love about Alta Vista is the attention to detail and the amenities provided. The apartment was well-equipped with plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, which made our trips to the beach incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The upgraded Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing my husband to work. The fact that there was air conditioning in every room was a luxury in Costa Rica. There was even a garbage disposer, trash deposit, and yes laundry service on site. These additions may seem small, but they truly made a difference in our overall convenience and comfort during our stay. The highlight of Alta Vista was undoubtedly the incredible view and location. The apartment is situated in a prime location, with a breathtaking view and an easy, very short walk to the beach. I love this apartment and this location. I can't wait to go back!
