Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our basement unit offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style.
**The space**
600 - 800 Mbps internet is perfect for remote work. 1 free parking space available on the back side of the home near basement unit stairs. Also available are toiletries for shorter stays, smart TV, washer/dryer, towels, linens, basic utensils for kitchen. If you need anything else, feel free to message. I will see if we can work it out.
Please note that this unit is 750-800 sq ft basement unit. Floor to ceiling height is 77 inches.
**Guest access**
Guest's need to come through stairs available at the back side of the unit. Another guests live on the upstairs unit. But both the units are separated by door which is locked on both sides. Door passcode will be provided before checkin time.
**House rules**
- Quiet hours:10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please keep it low during quite hours 10 PM to 7 AM since another guests live upstairs.
- You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Checkout before 11:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock
- During your stay, 4 guests maximum. No invited guests (or more than 4 people) stay after 10PM or it would be considered as Trespassing and you will be fined $50 per person per night.
- No pets. We love pets. But to save cleaning charges for you, we listed this as no pet home. If you sneak in pets (we will know from outdoor cameras listed) without prior information, you will be fined $50 per pet per night and additional $150 cleaning fee for deep cleaning after you checkout.
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking
- This is No Smoking, No Events, and No Outside Shoes home. If we found smoke odor inside the property, you will be charge $500 to remove the odor.
- 1 Hour Late Check out will be charged $100.
- More than 1 hour late check out will be charged $200. This does not award you in possession for additional day, it is a penalty of holding possession longer than original booking which may cause negative impact on next reservation and extra money for our house keeper waiting to get the house clean.

- Ensure you pick up all your items (phones, chargers and other belongings) before you leave. If you forget your items, we can't guarantee return of your items since we don't live at the place.
