The cozy cabin features high ceilings in the main living space with new ceiling fan and original pine interior for the rustic vibe. Enjoy the outdoors with a deck off the main living room with 2 chairs and a new porch swing, extra large picnic table for family dinners outside, huge yard with trees providing shade all day long, new Weber grill, new Breeo smokeless fire pit with adirondack chairs, wood tree swing, hammock and extra long dock. Tandem kayak and paddleboat available for guests to use during your stay. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit with provided wood and the best sunset views of the lake!

The downstairs shared space includes kitchen, living room, dining area, smart tv, laundry room with sink and washer/dryer, with screen doors overlooking a beautiful view of the lake.

Bemus Point features shops, playground, grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurants, and brewery all with awesome views of the lake. Parking available for 3 cars in the driveway. Left side of the driveway is shared with neighbors so must be left open as a right of way.
Use of dock is included in this rental. Dock stays in the lake as long as possible, but comes out for winter.
