Get cozy on the second level in the living room for a family movie night in front of the large flat-screen TV. Whip up a delicious fresh meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The front porch is perfect for enjoying your early morning coffee or your evening beverage of choice! Also on the second level is the King En Suite, the Queen Bedroom and the Twin Bunk Room. Down the hall is the shared full bathroom. Additionally, Colington Charm offers guests a TV in each of the bedrooms, the living area and the game room.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, get the family together in the recreation room to play a game of air hockey or foosball located on the first level. Also in the recreation room is a table for competitive board games, a couch, a TV, and a pyramid bunk. Conveniently located outside the recreation room is a washer and dryer for your use.
Outside there is a fully fenced-in front yard, with generous room for your pet to run around. That's right, you can bring your four-legged friend to enjoy this vacation too! Colington Charm has a gas grill for those evening barbeques, perfect after a long day at the beach. The closest public beach access at Ocean Bay Boulevard is only a little over 3 miles. Nearby you can also check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial or have a meal at the Colington Cafe or the Salt Box Cafe - both on Colington Road as you come and go.
The Colington Harbour community offers a pool with a diving board, swim lanes and a kiddie pool. The soundfront park offers a large pavilion with picnic tables, a playground, a separate dog park and a boat launch. There is also a soundfront beach, equipped with a handicap accessible path, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Additionally, there are tennis courts and a basketball court located on Colington Drive. Located on Kitty Hawk Bay Drive, in the community, is another dog park where your furry friend can go swimming!
