The space
High Diver House is a beautifully renovated upstairs duplex conveniently located to all San Antonio downtown attractions. Our home is modern, with the preserved old-fashioned charm and free private parking. It is within 1.5 blocks to the Riverwalk entrance, a short walk to Pearl Brewery, Convention Center, Att Center, Majestic theater and Market Square. You can enjoy the Tower of the Americas and City lights from the porch patio table. There are several trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. The home boasts all new appliances, Roku TVs, free WIFI and cable, coffee, shampoo dispensers, and a home security system. The doors have a unique code for easy 24 hour check in. This is an upstairs unit, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Please enjoy the comfort of our home!

Guest access
This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

The entire house, 318 and 320 Balitmore are short term rentals Both units "Vicky's Place" 320 the downstairs unit and "Cliff Diver House" 318 the upstairs unit are similar in size, amenities, and decor.
