Cottage c 1940s on the water offers a relaxing getaway. The cottage is situated on 3.5 acres of grass, woodlands and gardens for you to explore.
The dock is 75 ft long, has a ladder, shore is sandy, water depth at the end of the dock is 4 to 5 ft deep & the water is swimmable. We provide bikes, 2 kayaks, 2 crab pots & tubes & a few fishing poles.
The enclosed front porch provides views of the Potomac River opening to the Chesapeake Bay. You'll love the slate back patio with seating & a gas grill. This is a nature lover’s paradise, wildlife habitat and Monarch Butterfly waystation; Audubon naturalist retreat. The cottage is sparkling clean.
No cable TV. There is a firestick.
You'll have access to a full kitchen, living room with stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling & loft, enclosed front porch with wide river views! There is ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout.
