Build in 1890 this freshly painted, bright home, has a lot of its original features still in tact while modern comforts like central heat/air have been added.
You enter a few steps up the porch with outdoor seating into the hallway which either leads you into the spacious, carpeted living room or up the stairs to the second floor.
The living room is divided into the TV seating area with couch and arm chair, the dining area with beautiful large bay windows and opposite a big work desk.
Lots of large, new windows and a high pile carpet make this a bright and cosy place to be.
Passing through the living room you get into the kitchen which hasn't been updated yet, but is fully functioning and well equipped, complete with a dishwasher.
It also has a bay window with a kitchen table and seating.
The kitchen has a door leading outside to a side porch and concrete pathway to the parking pad.
Off of the kitchen is a half bath plus washer and dryer.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a full bath with bathtub and an office /spare bedroom. (The office and bathroom are not connected to the central air. Space heater/fan are provided ).
The largest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, has a large build in closet, chest of drawers as well as a vanity drawer chest and a lounge chair.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable new full size mattress and a small desk.
