Csas Once is a large ocean view house with a a private pool in the beachfront gated community of Hermosa Palms. The house features a large open floor plan with lots of space for large groups. The main living area is on the second floor where the deluxe kitchen opens up to the living room, game area (pool table and card table) and the covered ocean view terrace. There is also a 3rd floor open terrace with a great view of the ocean and mountains, which is great for viewing the stars at night.
The private pool has a covered rancho with outdoor kitchen, table for dining and there is a BBQ grill. Around the pool there is ample lounge areas with chairs for enjoying the sun.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Most rooms have a TV. There is an option to put an air mattress in a 7th room for additional space.

Neighborhood description
Hermosa Palms is located in the lush and tropical Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica is best known for unspoiled beaches and world-renowned consistent surfing waves throughout the year. Hermosa Palms is the jewel of Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica and a short visit to the community will give any visitor pause to its breathtaking beautiful surroundings. Hermosa Palms is not your typically cookie-cutter gated community, it is a beach front community where the house are exquisite (a mix of contemporary and tropical architecture) and all very unique. The development sits just 5 miles south of Jaco, Costa Rica, the largest beach town in Costa Rica, but feels as if you are 100s of miles away. At night, you see an array of glittering stars, due to the lack of light pollution, with the backdrop of crashing waves.
In Hermosa, there is a varyity of bars and restaurants from Traditional, Sushi, Pizza and more. There is an Italian restaurant just a couple of minutes walk south from the house. For more variety, just 4 miles north (or 7-9 minute ride) to the bustling beach town of Jaco, which has a very wide variety of restaurants (gourmet/luxury to budget), shops, bars, has it All!
For those who do not want to go out, there are large grocery stores or we can arrange an in home chefs to cater one or all your meals.
Golf and sport fishing are 20 minutes away, at the Los Suenos Resort and Marina.
A fun-fact in Hermosa, down the beach road, you will find a biological reserve that protects sea turtles that lay their eggs on the beach from June to October. On a special day, you can see the small turtles hatch and return to the sea. It is a special experience for All.

Getting around
Taxi's are 10 minutes to town/Jaco. Little Playa Hermosa is 3 minutes where there are restaurants and bars. The guards are happy to call them as well. Parking is in front of the house. We can arrange a transfer from the airport or refer you to a great car rental group (they will deliver cars to the house or you can grab from the airport).
