Private trails connect guests to both Guiones and Pelada beaches, so a car isn’t required unless exploring farther afield. Once booked, our team will assist with airport transfers, activity planning, yoga sessions, massages, and private chef recommendations to ensure a seamless stay.

The upper master suite and second casita level are accessed by covered exterior spiral staircases.
Some noise from nearby restaurants or live music may be heard until 10 p.m.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
