This luxury haven overlooks one of the 9 swimming pools set in lush tropical gardens from the secluded outdoor dining area with seating for 8, with a barbecue and a wall hung 42" LCD TV. The accommodation consists of 4 Bedrooms, the master bedroom having a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom and spa bath plus a 42" LCD TV, 2 bedrooms have queen beds and all with spacious robes and the 4th bedroom has a double bed . There is a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee machine with pods and an assortment of tea, large open plan lounge / dining room area with an I-Pod docking station, a 65" LCD TV with Netflix and a Blu-Ray DVD player. There is a lift in the Complex to all floors with on-site security between the hours of 6pm to 6am, with undercover basement secure parking for 2 vehicles plus outside parking within the complex. There is also plenty of street parking for a boat or trailer. Relax by the pool in the lush gardens, play a game of tennis or go to the gym for your daily exercise all of this within the Complex. There is also a Convenience Store/Bottle Shop / Cafe for any last minute supplies you may have forgotten.
