Summary: I have loved this hotel since 2013. The room we had was disgusting. It had broken things, mold, it was dirty! The whole hotel needed a deep cleaning. Pool and hot tub water was cloudy. It honestly makes me very sad. I absolutely love this hotel. Have recommended this hotel to so many family and friends over the years and with the condition jt is now sadly that is not the case.
