Our house is a beautiful three - bedroom, three full bath house, with a private pool in a small gated community, just a three minute walk to the most popular beaches on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We have a well -stocked pantry with all of the basics, a lovely outdoor covered private dining area with a restaurant quality cooking island with grill, griddle, 4 gas burners, an over, a broiler and a deep fryer. We have ceiling fans in every room and air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. We have all the cooking and serving ware you need. If you prefer to eat out, there are at least a dozen restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Within walking distance there are a mini market, and ice cream shop, a pizza restaurant and a Catholic Church. The airport and San Jose are 90 minutes away, Atenas is an hour, and Jaco is 15 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the “Crocodile Bridge” and the River boat tours, Riders ATV’s and Jaco Adventure Park. You can choose to chill out with your social bubble at the very comfortable house, or enjoy all the area has to offer.
