Welcome to A Swell Life! The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the living room to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a pantry, giving the chef in your family plenty of space and equipment to prep delicious meals throughout your stay. The master king suite is located just off of the living room and features a full private ensuite bath. To the right of the living room is another bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed. A third queen bedroom offers deck access.
Enjoy the exclusive bonus living area on the ground floor, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and tiki bar. After a day at the beach or lounging by the pool, unwind in the screened-in porch with a cool drink. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool and must be friendly and nonaggressive, as service personnel may be onsite for lawn care, pool maintenance, or cleaning. We know your dog is part of your family and want them to feel welcome too, while keeping our home clean and comfortable for everyone. Please note, no cats are allowed due to allergies.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
