Step inside this beautifully updated home to discover fresh, coastal contemporary decor and open, airy living spaces designed to maximize natural light and capture the essence of beachside living. The main living level features the living room, dining area and kitchen. The large oceanfront deck accessible from the living room features chaise lounges, a large picnic table that seats eight, and Adirondack chairs, perfect for sitting with morning coffee and admiring the view of the ocean and listening to the roar of the waves. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Another bathroom is located in the hallway.
The third floor encompasses the master suite which has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and ocean front deck access. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor and has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The top floor has an additional living space with a TV.
This home comes with a crib and a high chair. There are 5 Smart TVs throughout the house. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day a the beach. There is parking available for 4 cars in the garage and driveway and a keyless entry lock on the door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.
