The beds share a nightstand with a lamp and face a large, mirrored wall with a desk and chair, a small sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Guests share one bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity with granite countertops.
The apartment also features a quaint kitchenette with wood cabinets and drawers, granite countertops, a stainless steel sink, and useful appliances, including a single-burner cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Guests can enjoy meals at the granite breakfast nook, located across from the kitchen, which features three barstools.
This apartment's highlight is the covered balcony, which overlooks the sparkling waters of Potrero Bay and lush greenery surrounding Playa Flamingo. The balcony features a ceiling fan and outdoor lounge furniture and can be accessed from the kitchen through a floor-to-ceiling glass door.
Guests at Flamingo Marina Resort 103 will also have access to a private community swimming pool surrounded by several lounge chairs and lush greenery.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
