This exclusive 1800 SF penthouse condo offers balconies in every direction: the master patio with extensive ocean and beach views, plus balconies overlooking Tamarindo and the mountains behind. It offers central air conditioning throughout. The master features a king-size bed, ocean view, private bath and access to the private terrace. There is also a queen bed in the second bedroom and another Queen size bed in the third bedroom. There is a full size inflatable mattress for up to 2 additional guests. This home sleeps 6 in beds with a max of 8 people between the beds and the inflatable mattress. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, propane grill, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and TV's in all bedrooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.
