Positive: Breakfast???.. The property was nice, but not worth the price charged for the issues that came with it.

Negative: 1. The heater did not work properly in each room. The master bedroom was like a sauna when the heater was on. The other two bedrooms never got warm. and the living room was always cold. It would be helpful if the fireplace was gas and you can turn it on. 2.. The stove did not work. I called the maintenance, and I was told that someone will call me back in a few minutes. I received a call after 4 hours. Way past breakfast. At that point I told the person that I will take in up with the booking people. NO URGENCY IN THE CALL BACK. We had to go out in the rain and have breakfast, which made the stay not pleasant. 3. Need instructions about the Unit in the white binder. Hardly anyone looks at the places to eat or taste wine. There's no instructions on how to work the Induction Stove. Which is not a good idea to have in a rental.

Summary: I feel that they need to do a better job in responding and addressing issues in the apartment.
