The first floor features two living rooms, a beautiful dining room with chandelier, a fully stocked modern kitchen, an office with ergonomic chair and monitor, a breakfast area, a laundry room and a half bathroom.
The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, 4K TV, two walk-in closets and an ensuite master bathroom with jacuzzi. A second king bedroom with 4K TV shares a double vanity bathroom with kids’ bedroom with two double beds. A fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.
The spacious basement features a fun entertainment area with home theater, a poker table and a foosball table. The basement also has two queen-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Extremely quiet, safe and upscale neighborhood. We are only accepting guests who are very respectful of the neighbors and who respect the house rules. Within five minutes, you can get to East Fall Church shopping and dining area.
East Falls Church metro station on the Orange and Silver lines is a short 5 minute drive away. Rental cars such as Uber and Lyft are readily available and affordable. The property is also just 5 minutes walk to the Williamsburg Blvd bus stop for line 52, which takes you straight to East Falls Church metro station in a 15 minute ride. DC is a convenient 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic conditions.
We ask that you observe our House Rules and take care of it just as you would do with your own home. If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, please agree to additional cleaning every 14 days. We take great pride in all our belongings with the hopes that you will appreciate your stay and come back for more memorable stays.
1. Do not have more guests or visitors than stated in your reservation. More unregistered guests than stated on the reservation will incur a charge of $50/night per guest. Exceeding total occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
2. No pre-check in bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a $35 fee).
3. Check-out time is 11am and check-in time is 5pm-midnight. We can`t accommodate very late check-in because of potential disturbance to our neighbors.
4. No shoes inside the property.
5. No food or drink other than water allowed on the second floor and basement. Any damage to the carpet will result in a $250 fee.
6. Smoking of any kind at the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and subjected to a $500 fine for violations. However, cigarettes may be allowed upon PRIOR APPROVAL but ONLY IN THE BACKYARD, NOT THE FRONT PORCH.
7. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
8. Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. The house is proactively monitored with noise sensors to ensure compliance.
9. No disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors.
10. Mail service is not supported. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS or USPS stores.
11. We love furry friends but this house is not approved for pets. Unauthorized pets in the property will result in an immediate eviction without refund.
12. No moving/ rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified).
13. Do not temper with or remove any security devices inside or outside the property. Tampering with any of the security devices will result in a fee of $500.
14. Do not burn any candles, incense, or any other open flames.
15. No wearing of make-up on the beds. If any sleeping pillows, sheets, or comforters are not in the same condition as arrival, the guest is going to be charged to replace.
16. No removal of items from the property or damage of items on the property. We reserve the right to charge 1.5x the cost to replace the product that is either removed, damaged, or in any other condition when the visitors arrive.
17. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, lamps, Roku sticks.
18. No parking anywhere on property other than the driveway and garage.
19. Trash needs to be properly disposed and trash lids need to be always closed. If excess trash found inside or outside the house, an extra trash removal fee of $75 will be charged.
We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit or request additional amount if any of the above rules are broken.
