Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom home next to Paw Paw ON THE BEAUTIFUL PAW PAW LAKE (with your own dock)! This charming property includes the entire home, yard, ample parking and MOST OF ALL ON PAW PAW LAKE with your own dock where you can swim, launch your kayak/paddle board or TIE UP YOUR BOAT. We do not have a beach but there is lake access but we can let you know all of our favorite spots if you're looking for a beach!

I love this home due to the amazing lake view, large deck, large eating space for gathering. We are in the prime lake location, with walk out to swimming area, open floor plan, 2 desks for remote working. Outside we have a grill, outdoor chairs/furniture, 2 fire pits, and even a hammock!"

The Lakefront Restaurant is on the lake and kids can play on the beach. Nice strong drinks for the adults!
Bob’s Barn is a mile or two from the house. Farm stand + bakery. Their blueberry lemon pie is a MUST!
East Street in Coloma for lunch or Dinner (best overall food and drink selection in Coloma)
T’s Tap is the local bar- The BEST burger and onion rings in SW Michigan (cooked in front of you) *GOAT REC*
Hub Central 185- best breakfast around
Las Mangonadas – homemade ice cream
Loma Theatre- 3 screen movie theater- CHEAP shows and $1 popcorn. Perfect for a rainy day!
Round Barn Filling Station- outdoor seating, great cocktails, live music on Saturdays
Bend Bar and Grill - Local Hangout (right down the street/walking distance)
Blackbird Waterhouse - Great atmosphere and apps
Soulards - Best bakery in town
Local beaches:
Rocky Gap- free parking, has a ramp to get to the beach
Hager- all sand beach, lots of stairs to access beach
Craving some of the busy beach town charm and shopping- we are only 15 minutes from St. Joe, 30 minutes from South Haven"

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
-We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
-We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
-Guest is accepts the risks of using bunk beds and being close to water. We will not be held responsible in any way"
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
HOUSE RULES

NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home.
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $25 per 10 min past check out time (rounded up).
Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.
Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders
Guest understands the responsibility of being on the water.
All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
