This 6+ bedroom house has everything you need for your family vacation including a golf cart, bikes, and beach gear to use during your stay.
Entering the home from the ground floor you are received with a library of books. This is the entertainment floor. With projection TV, love-sacks and an air hockey table. Our first bedroom on this floor has a king bed. There is access to the backyard with propane BBQ grills, and outdoor shower from this floor. Here we have a full bathroom with a walk in shower and twin sinks.
The second floor hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites. The main bedroom holds a king bed. Its en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and twin sinks. The second en-suite features a California King sized bed while the en-suite has a walk in shower. This level also has the kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as a reading area. Off the kitchen is the screened in porch perfect for your evening dinner party.
The third floor has 2 bedrooms both of which have 2 twin beds. There is a shared bathroom on this floor with a shower/tub. Here we also have a sun-room that has a Twin bed and trundle. There is a walk through door that leads to the crows nest deck. *Please note, the basement has an unfinished ceiling.
*Please note that North Shores HOA charges an additional $100 recreation fee per week for the use of the pool and beach.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $346.50.
