This beachfront top floor unit (3rd floor) located on the quiet sunny south side of the Sanderling condominiums has two spacious bedrooms, two large baths, a walk in master closet and a beachfront master bedroom with sliding glass doors onto a lovely oceanfront deck with fabulous views. Spectacular ocean front living room and dining area with a nautical Nantucket theme, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Big screen TV and wi-fi are amongst the many amenities in our home. The condominium includes under roof parking for 2 vehicles, an elevator and an outdoor storage shed complete with 6 beach chairs, umbrella, belly boards and toys. There are outdoor showers and an indoor oceanfront pool with a lifeguard. The Sanderlings exterior was redone in 2010 and the interior is spacious and bright with an open multi-story garden in the center. There is access directly to the beach from the secure condo building. The Sanderling is on 96th St the main street in Stone Harbor, only steps from village shops, movies, restaurants tennis and basketball courts and a children s playground. Come stay in our beautiful second home!
