This condo sits in the oceanfront development of Los Almendros, just steps from the soft sand of Playa Ocotal. The development has several common pools and is just down the beach from the famous Father Rooster restaurant. You are just a 10-minute drive to the downtown of Playas del Coco where you’ll find several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is a 40-minute drive.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! While it is walkable around Playa Ocotal, most shops and restaurants are located in Playas del Coco. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
