The drive to beautiful Sunset Beach is 5 minutes or less. Villa has one bedroom with two queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa, and bathroom with shower/tub. The adjoining mini suite serves as a second bedroom and also has two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower/tub. Cable TV with DVR and WiFi provided. Flat screen TVs in bedrooms and living room. Living room TV is 55 inch Smart TV new in October 2019. Central Air and ceiling fans throughout. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher in unit. Telephone service allows long distance calling in United States & Canada at no extra charge. This condo is frequently rented for weekly stays by golf foursomes and families who enjoy the beach; and monthly during the autumn and winter months by snowbirds from the very cold north.
