This contemporary two bedroom apartment in the vibrant Dubai Marina is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to call home on your upcoming adventure to Dubai. Styled in cool shades of grey and soft blue, with feature walls and colourful tasteful art you may end up staying in a lot more than you thought! The semi open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your daily meals that you can then enjoy on your dining table for six or out on one of your two balconies features community and Marina views. The living room is extremely inviting and has a L-shaped lounge and chairs faced towards your big screen smart TV making it a great spot to curl up in at the end of busy day sight seeing. In the bedrooms you will find Queen Beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, desk and chair and ample wardrobe space. The bathrooms also have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling great all day!
The Dubai Tram is at your door step taking you from one end of the Marina through to JBR Beach.
The building also features a gymnasium, swimming pool and one on site private park.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
